Polyolefin paper

Outline

This is a wet-laid non-woven made of 100% polyolefin fiber, its surface is very smooth.
Only core-sheath fibers (core: polypropylene, sheath: polyethylene) are used as raw materials, the polyethylene is heated to about 140℃ to melt the polyethylene and bond the fibers to each other.
No adhesive or other chemicals are used, so it can be used safely for food or medical applications.

Our advantage

It can be blended with natural fibers, so it is possible to customize it for specific applications.

The weight of the product is 4-80g/㎡ and the thickness is 12-180 μ m.
